Our MS specialists are converting the HR of BTH GmbH, which is part of Zukunftswerkstatt Mitteldeutschland, from Excel to HR for Dynamics. A groundbreaking system for the employees of tomorrow.

BTH GmbH (founded in 1991) and BVU GmbH (founded in 1993) now have decades of experience as regional educational and social enterprises, and have been continuing their respective success stories together since 2022 as Zukunftswerkstatt Mitteldeutschland GmbH.

The company sees itself as a local educational institution for the south and centre of Saxony-Anhalt and covers the professional and personnel needs of small and medium-sized enterprises through easily accessible offers for potential employees, e.g. with initial inter-company training, pre-vocational courses and further vocational training in the industrial and commercial sector. This is aimed specifically at disadvantaged target groups such as welfare recipients, the disabled, single parents, people with a migration background, young people in long-term unemployment, and older employees.

Further development is also a key topic internally: BTH GmbH is continuously expanding its position as a provider of complex training and personnel services.

Now our client is taking the next step: developing digitisation, especially in the management of personnel processes, to increase efficiency in HR. The IT experts at M&P are leading the way – and bringing the HR for Dynamics solution along for the journey.

 

Ready for the challenge: HR for Dynamics

HR for Dynamics is a personnel management solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. The flexible and scalable application optimally supports companies in increasing efficiency and overcoming HR challenges.

 

The following points were particularly important to BTH GmbH:

  • Time saving: HR for Dynamics can automate many tasks that used to be laboriously carried out in Excel lists.
  • Centralised data storage: all HR data is stored in one central location. This gives the HR department quick and easy access to all the information.
  • Real-time monitoring: the HR team is always up to date with the most important personnel developments and never misses deadlines.

With the expertise gained from many successful HR projects, M&P Business Solutions GmbH was able to make valuable recommendations and introduce the project as standard. Our extensive experience in this field forms the basis for a good, trusting cooperation.
